We just received our product from LA Customs. Now we are processing our backers' orders and will ship all the orders in next five business days.
As mentioned in the previous update, our product is stuck in Los Angels Customs since 11/27 due to wrong shipping address filled by the factory. We are in the final process to do the clearance. We should receive the rings next week and then will ship your order right away.
The shipment has arrived in LA on November 27th. However, Customs clearance is still in progress. We contacted the shipping company and they asked us just to wait. Later on we found out the manufacturer provided an incorrect and undeliverable address. After we corrected the address recently, the LA Customs need us to provide documentation to help process the clearance currently.
We estimate that we can receive the shipment in January.

Since December, we improved our product based on the quality requirement of the Japanese smartphone carrier and ordered some new Phone Rings. Consequently, we may ship you the newest product if they arrive earlier than the shipment still in clearance process in LA Customs.
