After we confirmed our design for the iPhone X using the real phone in Apple Store on 11/3, the factory has started the manufacturing. They will finish the production and assembly late this week, and send the new ring to us next week. As we use the precise diamond-cut process to produce the case ( the same process to make iPhone's case), we find the subtle 3-dimensional difference between iPhone 7 and iPhone 8, between 0.1mm and 0.2mm, exerts some influence on the ring. Instead of making the case with the iPhone 7's design, just like current rubber or plastic case on the market, we have to change the design a little bit to exactly fit the iPhone 8/8 Plus.
The shipping company lost many packages. The packages were shipped a long time ago as shown in the image, but the tracking status for the shipments all show as "In Transit" There is no way to accurately track the location of the packages.
